Standing strong in the face of adversity can claim your health if you let it. That is, if you let stress and uncertainty shake your foundations. This is a time to stay balanced in your body, and maintain a healthy routine and habits, so you can ‘feel’ for what is truth and what is not. Life can be like Chess ,it’s a game of strategy, each move having to anticipate their opponents next move, however, being able to go the distance matters, and working out which are your key pieces, the ones you have mastery over, work smarter not harder.

New ideas, reactions and choices are upon us all, creating a balancing act between Worlds in the making. Staying present in this balancing act will require a rethink on where yours and the loyalty of others now lie. This includes a new set of eyes on any organisational or Governmental structures you have relied upon.

Look for healthy synergy and note repeating patterns to help build your roadmap. Then, listen ,listen, listen…keep your own counsel if you have any doubt, look deeper, be patient and be mindful of all actions, reactions and interactions, they will all matter and reveal something of value. Stand true for the vision you have for your life, and be mindful of who you share it with for now, the egg stage always needs protecting.
