‘They Live ‘ movie image

Hi, Its been a minute,….I hope you are well and have had some down time during the transition into 2026.

In this blog I will give you an update and then the insights I have been given for this collective, regarding the energy of this year.

You will notice (all going well) that I have sent this Blog from a new website, my other website; intuitive balance keeper, is still running for now and will be redirected to this site soon. I will have two online courses for consideration for you. Third I Tips for Readers and Receivers of the Oracle, this covers 6 guiding principles in delivering ethical readings/information. It has some points for consideration and it gives a good baseline for identifying and reflecting on what your personal and professional style is or could be.

The second course ; is a bit deeper in its unorthodox approach into the weaponisation of Spirituality and the occult, with threads into A.I , Quantum Entanglement and Spiritual Entitlement., If this tickles you, stand by for more…..

Last March, I gave a talk at the Art and Living Space in March 2025 on Discernment in 2025 and Beyond, and for anyone that was there, I’m sure you would agree, what I spoke about all happened and is still playing out, I was right about it all…. discernment will always be a key element in moving forward consciously.

2026

This year has the energy of recognising that you have come to a place on the mountain, the apex, and are ready to put to rest what is behind you and what is yet to come. A consistent energy of peeling back the layers of your reality, seeing things for what they are, turning away from the truth is no longer an option. Reflections through the year, on how far you have come in your own healing and what still needs to be healed ,and what no longer has a place in your heart ,in order to move forward.

A year of turbo charged truth of ‘seeing’ it all for what it is.

Look for Loyalty and discernment from others and make sure you are practising it yourself. Be sure you want what you want, and the why behind it, false narratives and partnerships will not hold. Staying alert to making conscious choices to create balance and prosperity are key to success.

Kindness, discipline and paying attention to where your energy is going and what you are getting back in return is also a theme. Change is in the air, ready or not, no need to fear it, just don’t be dragged along behind it…

Peace be with you

Readings both online and in person with me are available, if you are wanting clarity, confirmation or closure., get in touch.

I will also be at the Divine Expo in Johnsonville on February 7th, doing 20 min readings.

The next Blog will be in a couple of weeks, until then, Take care.

The Algorithm of a Year — Rewriting Our Inner Code.

Sonia.B Clairvoyant Blog Dec 2025, subscribe today to get a clarity fix. Picture: David Avocado Wolf

Hi, I'm back.. with a message to see 2025 out on.

As this year winds down, many of us find ourselves unconsciously reviewing the months gone by — the choices we made, the patterns we repeated, the people and emotions that shaped our path. If we zoomed out and viewed our lives as a vast network of inputs and outputs — actions, reactions, lessons, and recalibrations — it might start to look a lot like an algorithm.

The word algorithm itself has a fascinating lineage. It traces back to algorism, meaning “the system of Arabic numerals,” which ultimately stems from the name of a 9th-century Persian mathematician, Abu-Jaʽfar Mohammed ibn-Mūsa al-Khuwārizmi, whose work laid the foundations of algebra and numeric systems. Over time, the word came to represent any process — a sequence of rules or steps — designed to solve a problem or reach a result.

But what happens when we view our own lives through that lens?

The Human Brain as a Living Algorithm

The Algorithm of a Year — Rewriting Our Inner Code.Unlike a computer algorithm, our brains don’t run on fixed rules. We are biological systems shaped by evolution — capable of processing vast emotional data in parallel, guided not just by logic but by intuition, memory, and meaning. We recognise patterns without conscious effort, connect dots that machines can’t see, and adapt continuously to changing circumstances.

Yet, just like an algorithm, we run internal code — beliefs, habits, and emotional pathways — often repeating them until a new piece of “data” (an experience, a heartbreak, a revelation) interrupts the loop. The year behind us holds evidence of those loops. We might notice recurring challenges, familiar emotional triggers, or decisions that always seem to lead us back to the same place.

Recognising this is not failure. It’s data awareness.

Year’s End: The Perfect Debugging Space

The end-of-year pause offers something rare — processing time. It’s not about overhauling everything or rushing toward the next big transformation. It’s about watching your inner code at work — gently, curiously, without judgment.

Ask yourself:

What repeated itself this year?

What belief or emotional setting drove those patterns?

Where did I pivot, learn, or evolve my code?

This reflection isn’t about forceful change. It’s about subtle reprogramming — observing how your inner system handled input, and where it might be upgraded for more alignment, peace, and empowerment.

Moving Forward: Gentle Precision

As we step into a new year, imagine doing so like a wise algorithm update — not with harsh resolutions or emotional overwrites, but with a steady, grounded clarity. Real transformation rarely comes from aggression; it comes from awareness, consistency, and gentle precision.

You can be both stealthy and strong — quietly rewriting your patterns while remaining fully present, rooted, and awake to what’s real.

So as you rest, breathe, and reflect on this year’s data — the heartbreaks, wins, quiet moments, and leaps — remember: your brain, unlike any machine, can rewire itself endlessly. The algorithm of your life is not fixed. You are the coder and the code — evolving, refining, learning, and becoming a more authentic version of the intelligence that designed you.

This is the work of conscious evolution:

Not rushing.

Not proving.

Just choosing again, with more awareness.

A massive Thank You to all my clients and subscribers this year, it is very much appreciated ! I will return in the new year, with a a few 're-coding' changes for the future. Gift vouchers and readings still available leading up to Christmas.

Peace be with you.

Embrace Your New Path.

Embrace the Future Blog by Sonia.B Clairvoyant

Hi, I hope you are well and looking after yourself! Here is your collective energy message for the coming weeks. This message will remain relevant whenever you read it. At the end, there is a short note from me.

Something beautiful is being born for you. This new beginning will reflect how well you have navigated your experiences and lessons. Your new path is being revealed to you. Free will has opened the gate and is making a beeline for it. Initially, this may express itself as a decision, a realization, or an action.

The seen cannot be unseen anymore.

Taking Responsibility for Your Journey

Taking radical self-responsibility for your life path and energy will open doors along the way. Spiritual assistance will be available to you. Ask for the road to be cleared and for the strength to endure any pitfalls along your journey. Change is happening in every moment. The veil is thin, and the Matrix is glitching...big time.

Protect your energy and power. Power without presence lacks stability, while presence without power lacks momentum.

The Importance of Communication

Communications, networks, and information play a significant role as we close out 2025. Continue to process and integrate what comes your way. Let go of what does not hold true for you. Breathe through any discomfort and transform it into a new creation.

There is love and light on the other side of shadow.

A Note from Sonia

I hope you enjoyed this blog message. There will be one more post before the end of the year. You may have noticed a lack of social media presence from me lately. This is due to the following pages:

NZ Spiritual Promotional Network Group

Free Spirits NZ

Spiritual Events & Retreats NZ

Spiritual Wellington

Conscious Wellington

Conscious Aotearoa

These pages were all regularly publishing my posts along with others. However, they have stopped doing so since September this year, without any reason or explanation. It is crucial for you to know that people like me are being censored and pushed out of the NZ social media market.

Please use your discernment and feel into what is right for you. Your choices are being censored. The irony of the names of these pages contrasts sharply with their actions, reminding us that all is not what it seems in the spiritual community.

Looking Ahead

Next year, I will be making changes. If you want to stay in touch with me, please stay subscribed, and I will keep you updated. If you are still reading at this point, I thank you!

Stay well. You know what to do if you would like a reading with me.

Sharpen Your Discernment: Navigating the Noise of 2025 and Beyond.

The world is changing at a dizzying pace. As we hurtle toward 2026, here is a friendly reminder on how to navigate the unprecedented collision of information, global crises, and a massive spiritual awakening. This environment makes it increasingly difficult to distinguish truth from non-truth, creating an uncomfortable "in-between" place for humanity. In this era of information overload and conflicting narratives—from global politics and technology to spiritual movements—our most vital skill is to sharpen your Discernment.

Discernment: A Lifestyle, Not Just a Skill

Discernment is the ability to perceive, understand, and judge things clearly, especially those that are not obvious. It is more than just a process; it is a lifestyle built on daily conscious decisions about what you allow into your energy and space. Your body is your most important tool. Truth has a frequency that you can feel and sense, even when your logical mind is confused. By cultivating stillness and listening to your physical and emotional responses, you establish a baseline to know what is yours and what is an external influence.

The Four Pillars to Sharpen Your Discernment

True discernment is anchored in four interconnected pillars:

Intention: Living intentionally means setting clear boundaries and deciding what you will focus your attention on. Your attention is a commodity; guard it fiercely.

Intuition: This is your internal guidance system. It manifests as sensations in your body, instant thoughts, or a gut feeling. Trusting your intuition is paramount, even when it contradicts external voices.

Integrity: Structural integrity is the overarching umbrella. It involves looking at all elements of a situation—like strands of a rope—to see if they hold up collectively. It requires self-reflective questions: Is this relevant to me? What is the end goal being asked of me?

Intelligence: This is the capacity to process and integrate information intelligently. It means using your emotional, spiritual, and critical thinking to acknowledge reality without succumbing to fear. As the saying goes: "Knowledge is knowing a tomato is a fruit; Intelligence is not putting it in a fruit salad."

Your Daily Practice: Spiritual Hygiene

To sharpen your discernment, you must commit to a daily practice of Spiritual Hygiene. This is how you clear, charge, and maintain your energy to gain clarity and resilience. Your Balance Toolkit should be unique to you, but it must include practices that regulate your nervous system and maintain your frequency. This includes:

Mindful Consumption: Discerning what you consume—from food and water to media and information—to protect your physical and energetic body.

Stillness: Regular practice of stillness to know what is truly yours and what is not.

Self-Sovereignty: Knowing who you are, trusting yourself, and being loyal to your authentic truth, regardless of external pressure.

The world is undergoing a Spiritual Renaissance, and this too requires discernment. It is easy to be swayed by promises and glamour. As a practitioner, I believe in holding space and light, but also in acknowledging limitations and doing the necessary shadow work.

The Importance of Community in Your Journey

Having a supportive community can enhance your discernment journey. Surrounding yourself with like-minded individuals fosters growth and understanding. Engage in discussions, share insights, and learn from each other's experiences. This collective wisdom can help you navigate the complexities of your spiritual path.

Ready to Master Your Inner Compass?

Navigating this complex world requires more than just information—it requires a finely tuned inner compass. If you are ready to move beyond the noise and cultivate the deep, authentic discernment needed for 2025 and beyond, I can help.

Reframing: The Spiritual Art of Mindful Language

Reframing: The Spiritual Art of Mindful Language. There is a lot of information out there regarding the power and energy of our words. Nikola Tesla famously stated, "If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration". All of which is needed to form our words, tone and physical delivery of speech.

Enter; Cymatics  …the science of visible sound and vibration. At its core, cymatics explores how sound waves and vibrations create discernible patterns in various mediums, like powders, liquids, or membranes, usually on a metal plate that translates into a geometric pattern. Speech has also been used in some cymatic studies. By directing spoken sounds onto a cymatic plate or a water surface, the vibrations of speech can directly influence the medium, creating fleeting but recognisable patterns.

Now, remembering that the human body is made up of around 70% water, this informs us, that how we talk to ourselves and others, actually has a physical impact at a cellular level. Japanese scientist; Dr. Masaru Emoto's research also proved this in his famous test tube water experiment; Emoto's experiments  also indicated that positive stimuli (like classical music, words such as "Thank-you" and "Love & Appreciation") produced beautiful, symmetrical crystals, whereas negative stimuli (like heavy metal music or negative phrases) resulted in fragmented and chaotic patterns.

If we consider that chanting, prayer, mantras and Spell-work , all require a particular energy, frequency and vibration to infuse the desired result .Then we must also consider that ‘Words can harm or words can heal’. Ever noticed how a simple shift in words can totally change the vibe of a conversation? It's pretty wild when you think about it. The spoken language isn't just about conveying information; it's a powerful tool that shapes our reality, both individually and collectively. From a spiritual perspective, paying attention to how we frame our questions and answers, can act like a tuning fork into a subtle shift that can transform stress into growth.

I always take note when watching social media and hearing phrases like; ‘nobody is coming to save you’ or ‘You will NEVER achieve what you want if you ….(fill in the gaps) ’, which is then quickly followed up with a Segway into promoting a membership or other.Nothing wrong with that, In the right context. I think quite often these phrases could be reframed into a much more empowering use of language, and still get the message across. You could, for example replace the following statement with a reframed version, or it may be better to include it as a whole statement:

Original Statement: "The universe does not reward dependency; it never has and it never will."

Reframed: "The universe encourages and supports your journey of self-discovery and empowerment, reflecting the strength and independence you cultivate."

One of the coolest benefits of mindful language is the clarity and connection it brings. When we choose our words with intention, we foster deeper understanding and build stronger relationships. It's about getting real with ourselves and others. Beyond that, reframing our inner dialogue can be a game-changer for our peace of mind. Instead of asking Why is this happening to me?  try reframing it to: What can I learn from this experience?

This is where it gets really interesting: from a spiritual standpoint, our words can actually help or hinder our desired manifestations, through our intentions. It’s not magic, but rather the consistent energy and focus we put into our language that helps align us with our desires. When we speak and think positively, we are essentially sending out a clear signal to the universe (or whatever you believe in!). It’s about taking ownership of our communication and recognising its creative power. So, next time you’re about to speak or type, take a tiny pause. Choose your words intentionally, focus on positive or at least a neutral framing, and watch how your world, and the world around you, begins to transform. It’s a simple practice with profound spiritual and practical benefits.

I take particular care in; not only how I frame questions asked in a Clairvoyant reading with me, but also how I convey the answers. I cover this in depth in my E book; Third I Tips for Readers and Receivers.

Peace be with you

The Chakra Connection

Hi, I hope you are doing okay out there with all these intense energies running. Here is a quick look at our energy centres; Chakra system, see if you can connect any dots between your health and wellbeing expressing itself through the chakra connection.

Balancing Energy for Health and Wellbeing

Our body is more than physical form — it’s an intelligent field of energy, constantly translating the unseen into sensation, emotion, and intuition.

The seven main chakra energy centres are the gateways between body, mind, and spirit. The word chakra means wheel in Sanskrit — and like wheels, they turn continuously in a clockwise direction,(imagine a clock facing outwards from your body) moving life force throughout the system. When these centres are in balance, energy flows smoothly. We feel grounded, calm, and connected.

When they’re blocked, overactive, or spinning out of rhythm, we feel it — in our body, our mood, and our sense of direction. Each chakra has their own Hz vibration, symbol, colour and sound.

The Energetic Body Speaks Through the Chakra Connection

Each chakra influences how we receive, interpret, and trust intuitive information. They shape how we respond to life, how we connect with others, and how we sustain our physical health.

The healer and scientist Barbara Ann Brennan describes in her book 'Light Emerging'

The front of each chakra holds our emotional expression.

The back holds our will.

The head reflects our reason.

To live in balance, we must align all three — emotion, will, and reason. This is energetic integrity.

The Seven Major Chakras and Their Physical Links

1. Root Chakra – Base of the spine: Foundation, survival, vitality. Governs adrenals, kidneys, spine and sense of body position (Kinaesthetic). Colour Red.

2. Sacral Chakra – Above base, below button: Creativity, sensuality, emotional flow. Governs reproductive organs and immunity and balance. Colour Orange.

3. Solar Plexus – Self-worth, gut intuition, personal power. Governs digestion, liver, and nervous system. Vertebra's between T12 - L1. Colour yellow.

4. Heart Chakra – Love, compassion, circulation of energy. Connects to heart, vagus nerve and thymus, and upper back. T5. Colour Green.

5. Throat Chakra – Truth and communication. Governs thyroid, lungs, voice and C3 vertebra. Colour Blue.

6. Third Eye – Perception, intuitive insight. Linked to brain, pituitary, and nervous system. Energy into lower brain and left eye. Colour Indigo.

7. Crown Chakra – Connection to Divine consciousness. Integrates the spiritual and physical body.Energy into the upper brain and right eye. Colour Purple.

Stable Practices for Energetic Coherence

Energy work doesn’t need to be dramatic — it needs to be consistent. Here are simple, grounded methods to keep your field strong and balanced:

• Breathe with awareness. Long, steady breaths draw scattered energy back to centre.

• Move your body. Walking, stretching, dancing — anything that reconnects you to physical presence. Connect with the earth and ask her to balance your centres as you visualise it.

• Hydrate and rest. Your energetic system depends on cellular vitality.

• Contain your energy. Before and after mingling with others, visualise your field drawing inward, sealing a diamond sphere gently around your body.

• Visualise stability. See each chakra as a steady, luminous sphere, two ended funnel or straight pipe — not forced open, simply balanced and spinning clockwise. You can visualise them closing into the centre point of each one, if the energy is getting too much for you. Stay in your bubble.

Listening to Your Energy

When your energy is coherent, intuition becomes clearer, health steadier, and your presence stronger.

Your body is always communicating — through sensation, emotion, and intuition. When you listen through the energetic layer, you access the truth beneath symptoms. Energy clearing clip below

https://youtu.be/v09giUS1FtA?si=JusIqI2_b78MSp4U

Energy coherence is health coherence. Stay grounded. Stay aware. Let your body be your teacher.

Peace be with you

Intense Rites of Initiation

picture:Ivermection 444

Welcome to my blog. An intense time in the World, nothing short of character building and energy stamina training. I want to say to my readers and subscribers, that this trajectory of unexpected happenings will continue for some time to come. I also want to say the following message... do not forget that we live in an earthquake prone country, this is not to induce fear, only to say we should all always be prepared for the unexpected.

Now to my blog, I hope you get something from it. and if you do please share it.

Throughout history, spiritual traditions have included intense rites of initiation. At first glance, some of these practices can seem extreme or even brutal — like being symbolically buried alive or sent alone into the wilderness. Yet beneath the surface, they carried profound purpose. These rituals were designed to strip away comfort, ego, and fear, leaving the initiate face-to-face with their truest self. The intention was never punishment, but transformation.

The reason such practices were important is simple: growth often requires death of the old self. By confronting mortality, darkness, or solitude, initiates crossed a threshold that demanded surrender, courage, and trust in something greater than themselves. Emerging from these trials, they carried a deeper spiritual maturity, wisdom, and a sense of belonging to the sacred order of life.

Below are two examples that show this clearly:

1.     The Egyptian Mystery Schools (Osirian Rites)In ancient Egypt, initiates of the Mystery Schools underwent rituals of symbolic death and resurrection. Some were placed in tomb-like chambers, mirroring the myth of Osiris’ death and rebirth. The lesson was direct: though the body dies, the soul is eternal. Facing symbolic death prepared them to live with greater awareness of spirit.

2.     Indigenous Vision Quests Among Native American tribes, young people seeking adulthood were sent alone into nature, fasting and enduring solitude. In the stillness and struggle, visions often came — spiritual messages or encounters with guides. When they returned, they were recognised as transformed, no longer children but adults carrying insight and responsibility for their people.

At the heart of these traditions lies a universal truth: transformation is not comfortable. To awaken spiritually, one must first let something within die — fear, illusion, or attachment. That’s why these initiations were so powerful; they weren’t symbolic gestures but lived experiences that reshaped a person from the inside out.

In today’s world we may not willingly seek out to be placed in tombs or sent into the wilderness, but personal life initiations still arise through trauma, heartbreak, loss, and human suffering. These modern trials are no less profound. Look at the World today, and the continual stream of Trauma like a dripping tap, designed to keep you out of balance. These times are forcing us to wake up to the duality of reality and confront pain we would rather avoid, just as the ancient practices forced participants to face darkness. The difference today is that; we are surrounded by endless streams of information — books, online teachings, podcasts, and therapies. While knowledge is abundant, true transformation still requires lived experience. No article or lecture can substitute for your personal courage to face any suffering through hardships and choose growth instead of avoidance, but of course there are tools that can help guide us.

Modern initiations ask us to turn pain into wisdom, to let hardship refine us rather than define us. Just as the ancients emerged from their trials with new vision, we too can emerge from our personal struggles with deeper compassion, clarity, and strength. In this way, the ancient and modern are not so different: both remind us that through the fires of suffering, a new self can be born...maybe, a baptism by fire.

Takeaway: Your hardships and what you are witnessing in the World, are not random — they are invitations to initiation. The question is not whether you will face trials, but how you will choose to transform through them. By meeting suffering with courage and awareness, you step into the same timeless path walked by initiates before you, becoming more whole, awake, and aligned with your true spirit and path ahead.

Peace be with you

Mexican Wave

Understanding Grief

I once read the phrase: Grief is Love with nowhere to go… Grief, at its core, is a deep emotional response to loss. This loss can stem from death or any significant shift, ending, or absence that touches us. It manifests in various forms and doesn't always appear as we expect.

Unrecognised or unresolved grief can express itself through anger, confusion, numbness, exhaustion, or even a lack of willpower. But how do we know if what’s truly ailing us is grief? This question becomes even more complex when there are no obvious signs or recent events to connect it to. Especially when, on the surface, it seems like we have nothing to grieve for — or nothing we would label as grief.

Society tends to box grief into one category: the passing of a loved one. However, smaller traumas, quiet heartbreaks, and subtle but real losses often don’t get the space they deserve.

The Two Waves of Grief

This brings me to the theme of this week’s blog. Whether you’ve noticed it or not, I believe there are two significant Mexican Waves sweeping across the planet. One is loud and undeniable, already in full deployment. The other is quieter, more personal — and it’s this second wave I want to explore.

I’m seeing a rising wave of unspoken grief. It’s not always easy to recognise. Often, you have to sift through layers of anger, loneliness, obstruction, or confusion to reach it. But it’s there. This is the grief that arises from enormous change, both within ourselves and in the world, over the past five years. Most people would agree — there’s no going back to what once was, for better or worse.

So yes, grief. Grief for a life, for a world, for a dream. For the animals. For the children. For humanity. And for ourselves. It deserves breathing room, even if just for a moment. Timelines have shifted. People are not who they were. And neither are we.

Embracing Change

It’s okay to let go. Recognising that a massive shift is underway, we know it won’t always be pretty. However, it can also feel liberating, exhilarating, and powerful — especially as we begin to realise what we are capable of when push comes to shove.

I’ve witnessed glimpses of this in ceremony circles — with cacao, drumming, meditation, and healing. People allowing grief and gratitude to flow side by side. It’s raw, and it’s liberating.

Like a rose with thorns, we can hold both truths: releasing grief for what no longer is, while staying grateful for what still shines in us and in the world. This balance may be one of the most important things to hold onto through this Mexican wave of change.

Finding Your Voice

Find a ceremony, a person, a mentor, a guide, or your place in nature. Give your grief a voice. Let your Love have somewhere to go.

In this journey, remember that grief is a natural part of life. It’s essential to acknowledge it, to feel it, and to express it. By doing so, we allow ourselves to heal and grow.

Peace be with you.
